This recruitment pertains specifically to the Senior Hockey Team of the Punjab National Bank. Educational Qualifications:-
- Customer Service Associate Eligibility: To be eligible for the position of Customer Service Associate, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution, thereby demonstrating the requisite level of academic qualification necessary to undertake the responsibilities associated with this role.
- Office Assistant Eligibility: For the Office Assistant position, candidates must have completed a minimum of Matriculation (10th Class) and should have also passed the 12th Class (XII) examination, ensuring a foundational level of educational achievement in line with the job requirements.
Age Limit:-
- Age Requirement for Customer Service Associate:
Candidates applying for the position of Customer Service Associate must be within the age bracket of 20 to 28 years, ensuring that applicants fall within the specified age range as per the recruitment guidelines.
- Age Requirement for Office Assistant:
Applicants for the Office Assistant role must be within the age range of 18 to 24 years, in compliance with the defined age parameters for this position.
- Age Relaxation Provisions:
As per government norms, age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to specific reserved categories:
- A relaxation of 5 years is granted to candidates from the Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories.
- A relaxation of 3 years is provided to candidates from the Other Backward Classes (OBC) Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) category, thereby ensuring equitable opportunities for these groups.
Monthly Salary (Pay Scale):-
Customer Service Associate Salary Structure:
The remuneration for the position of Customer Service Associate follows a structured pay scale, beginning at ₹24,050 and progressing as follows:
- ₹24,050 with an annual increment of ₹1,340 for the first three years, leading to ₹28,070.
- Following this, a further increment of ₹1,650 for the next three years will raise the salary to ₹33,020.
- Subsequently, an annual increase of ₹2,000 over the next four years will bring the salary to ₹41,020.
- Afterward, a further increment of ₹2,340 over the subsequent seven years will result in a salary of ₹57,400.
- The final stage includes a raise of ₹4,400 in the following year, culminating in ₹61,800, with a further annual increase of ₹2,680 for one year, followed by a final increment of ₹1,680, leading to a total of ₹64,480.
Office Assistant Salary Structure:
The pay scale for the Office Assistant position begins at ₹19,500, with the following increments:
- An annual increment of ₹665 over the next four years will raise the salary to ₹22,160.
- This is followed by a ₹830 increase for the next five years, bringing the salary to ₹26,310.
- Further increments of ₹990 annually over the next four years will increase the salary to ₹30,270.
- After that, the salary will rise by ₹1,170 annually over three years, reaching ₹33,780.
- Finally, an annual increase of ₹1,345 for the next three years will bring the salary to ₹37,815.
Sports Eligibility Criteria:-
The candidate must fulfill at least one or more of the following prestigious sports qualifications, demonstrating exceptional prowess and experience in the field of hockey:
- Representation in National or International Competitions:
The candidate must have represented either the State or Country in recognized National or International Hockey tournaments, showcasing a high level of competitive achievement. - University Representation in Inter-University Tournaments:
The individual must have participated as a representative of their University in Inter-University Hockey competitions, demonstrating collegiate-level excellence in the sport. - State School Team Representation in National School Games:
The candidate should have represented their State School Team in the prestigious National School Games for Hockey, proving their capability at the national school level. - National Physical Efficiency Awards:
Alternatively, the candidate must have been conferred with the National Physical Efficiency Awards, reflecting a recognized achievement in physical fitness, further substantiating their athletic abilities.
Selection Process:-
- Sports Performance / Field Trials:
The initial phase of evaluation will involve an in-depth assessment of the candidate’s sports performance through field trials, where their practical skills, technique, and overall athleticism will be meticulously scrutinized. This stage is designed to evaluate the candidate’s physical proficiency and tactical acumen within the competitive domain of the sport. - Interview:
Following the field trials, candidates will undergo a personal interview phase, wherein their overall suitability for the role will be further assessed. The interview will focus on the candidate’s commitment, sportsmanship, and potential for contributing to the organization’s sports-related objectives, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of both technical and personal attributes.
