Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala Sports Quota – Eligibility Criteria:-
- Level 1: Candidates aspiring to qualify for Level 1 positions must possess a minimum educational qualification of a 10th Class (Matriculation) pass, or its equivalent. Alternatively, individuals holding an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certification or a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) conferred by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) are also deemed eligible for consideration under this category.

Category (1) Eligibility:

- Secured a minimum of 3rd position in any of the following prestigious events: the World Cup (Junior or Senior Category), the World Championships (Junior or Senior Category), the Asian Games (Senior Category), or the Commonwealth Games (Senior Category).
Category (2) Eligibility:
Applicants under this category must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Represented the country in international events such as the World Cup (Junior or Senior Category), the World Championships (Junior or Senior Category), the Asian Games (Senior Category), or the Commonwealth Games (Senior Category).
- Achieved at least 3rd position in the Commonwealth Championships (Junior or Senior Category), Asian Championships/Asia Cup (Junior or Senior Category), South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (Senior Category), or USIC (World Railway) Championships (Senior Category).
- Secured at least 3rd position in prominent national-level events, including Senior, Youth, or Junior National Championships, or the National Games organized under the aegis of the Indian Olympic Association.
- Attained at least 3rd position in All India Inter-University Championships conducted under the supervision of the Association of Indian Universities.
- Claimed the 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category), showcasing unparalleled performance within this category.
RCF Kapurthala Sports Quota Examination Fee:-
- Application Fee for General and OBC Candidates: Applicants belonging to the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories are required to remit a non-refundable application fee amounting to ₹500/-, which shall be subject to additional service charges as applicable, ensuring compliance with the payment structure.
- Application Fee for Reserved Categories and Special Groups: Candidates categorized under Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Women, Minorities, and Economically Backward Classes (EBC) are eligible for a reduced application fee of ₹250/-, supplemented by applicable service charges, in recognition of their specific socio-economic considerations.

- Evaluation of Game Skill, Physical Fitness, and Coach’s Observations: Candidates will be assessed during trials, with emphasis placed on their game-specific skills, physical fitness levels, and the observations recorded by the designated coach. This component will carry a maximum of 40 marks, reflecting the candidate’s practical competence and performance during the trials.
- Educational Qualification: An additional 10 marks will be awarded based on the candidate’s educational qualifications, as specified in the eligibility criteria for the recruitment process.
- Aggregate Total: The cumulative maximum marks for the selection process amount to 100 marks, combining all assessment components.
